Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

We currently only ship to addresses in Canada.

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

 

Order are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Any issues with delivery and/or receiving an order on time that is caused by the shipping career is outside the control of Azdyn Lunch Bags, and must be directed to the courier for solution as they remain liable for such orders. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering as we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address once your order has shipped.
